Elbow Insight & Strategy want to get a better understanding from people living with
pulmonary fibrosis and/ or their carers about what life on treatment is really like.
The aim of the survey is to understand:

• How pulmonary fibrosis impacts your daily life
• What challenges or difficulties you’ve faced on treatment
• What kinds of information or support could make a meaningful difference

As a thank you for your time and participation, you will receive a $40 Gift Pay voucher.

Surveys like this are important as the feedback helps to give the pulmonary fibrosis
community a stronger voice and shape how support and care can be improved in the future.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are aged 18 years + and have been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
  (IPF) or Progressive Fibrosing ILD (PF-ILD) for more than 6 months
• Are currently taking, or have previously taken, antifibrotic treatment, including
  • Nintedanib / OFEV®
  • Pirfenidone / ESBRIET® / ARX-PIRFENIDONE / PIRFENIDONE AMEDA /
    PIRFENIDET / PIRFENIDONE DR. REDDY’S / PIRFENIDONE SANDOZ
•  If you’re an adult (aged 18+) who cares for or supports someone living with IPF or
  PF-ILD who meets the above criteria.
